These terms govern your use of the Tapline Plumbing website and the booking of our services through it.
Prices on this website are guide prices excluding VAT and are not a quotation. The price for any job is confirmed by the plumber before work starts.
A call-out fee applies to every visit and covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site. It remains payable if you decide not to go ahead with the quoted work.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Parts and appliances carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or by work done by others.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
