We collect the details you submit in our call-back and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, company name, suburb, the service you need and your message. We also collect basic technical data, such as browser type, through essential cookies.
We use your information to call you back, book and carry out plumbing work, send quotes and invoices, and deal with insurance claims you ask us to help with. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing without your consent.
We share information only with service providers who host our website, phone and email systems, with your insurer when you ask us to, or where the law requires it.
Call-back requests that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job records, certificates and invoices are kept for the periods required by law.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by contacting us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
