Our story
From one van to 18 plumbers
Daniel Pretorius started Tapline in 2010 after years of hearing the same complaints about plumbers: they did not arrive, did not call back and the bill never matched the quote.
So we built the company the other way around. Every call is answered by a person, every job is priced before work starts, and every plumber is qualified and registered. Today 18 plumbers and a team of six in the office look after thousands of homes and businesses.
