Yes. Every project is covered by contract works insurance, public liability cover of R100 million and professional indemnity for design and build work.

On design and build contracts we manage land use and building plan approvals on your behalf. On traditional contracts your professional team submits the plans and we support them.

Changes are priced and programmed before they go ahead. You receive a written variation with the cost and time impact, and nothing is built until you approve it.

Every project includes a 12-month defects liability period. Residential work is enrolled with the NHBRC, which provides a five-year structural warranty.

Yes. We tender for municipal, provincial and national public works, and we comply with the CIDB and B-BBEE requirements that apply.
