The average Ironveld employee has been with us for seven years.
We take on 60 apprentices a year in carpentry, steel fixing, plant operation and electrical work, with a qualified mentor for each.
Everyone receives site induction and annual refresher training, and anyone can stop unsafe work without consequences.
Most of our site managers started with us as foremen or graduates. We publish clear criteria for every promotion.
Our order book covers more than 18 months of work, so most of our people move from one Ironveld project to the next.
