What is lawn care?
Lawn care covers the regular work of mowing and edging plus the seasonal treatments a lawn needs to stay thick and green: aeration, scarifying, fertilising, top dressing and weed control.
We assess your grass type, soil and shade, then set a programme for the year. For tired lawns we offer full renovation, from levelling and new top soil to instant lawn installation.

Pricing
How much does it cost?
Regular lawn care starts at R950 per month for a small garden with fortnightly visits. Lawn renovations and instant lawn are quoted per square metre, typically R120 to R220 including preparation, excluding VAT.

Lawn Care questions
How often should my lawn be mowed?
In summer most Cape Town lawns need mowing weekly. In winter, every two to three weeks is usually enough.
Which grass is best for Cape Town?
Kikuyu and buffalo grass cope best with our summers. Buffalo is the better choice for shaded areas.
Do I need to be home for visits?
No. We just need access to the garden and a water point. We send a message when each visit is complete.
