The brief
A body corporate wanted to refresh tired common areas and reduce the cost of looking after them.
Our approach
We relaid the main walkways, built a new seating courtyard, replaced high-maintenance beds with hardy indigenous planting and set up a weekly maintenance contract.
The result
Maintenance costs fell by 25 percent, and residents now use the new courtyard every day.
