We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage consultations, discuss and deliver architectural services you ask for, and keep reasonable records of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive it.
We share personal information only where needed to provide our services or run this website, for example with our website hosting and booking system providers, or with consultants working on your project with your knowledge. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and professional obligations.
