Content on this website, including fee and budget guidance, is general information and not a quotation. Fees and budgets for any project are confirmed in writing in a formal proposal.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract for design services exists only once both parties accept a written proposal.
Text, photographs and design drawings on this website belong to InterDeco or are used under licence, and may not be copied without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
