The brief
A large family lawn had become patchy and uneven, with dry spots in summer and waterlogging in winter.
Our approach
We levelled the ground, improved drainage, laid new buffalo and kikuyu instant lawn to suit sun and shade, and installed pop-up sprinklers on a smart controller.
The result
The lawn was ready for use after three weeks, and our fortnightly care programme keeps it even and green all year.
